 Aradia School of Witchcraft and Magick Terms and Agreements

By signing this enrollment form you have agreed to the following terms and agreements with the Aradia School of Witchcraft and Magick.

** Payments: Student shall pay for each class registered either at each class or prior to the class

Late Payments: When payments have not been made one week after the last session of a six�] week class, fee is considered late and will have a 10% late charge.

PrePayements: Students can pay for an entire course either one time before the class starts or two payments, with the second payment due by the 4th class session. Both these arrangements have a payment of $10 less than the actual total of the class fee.

** Cancellation: When a student has registered to a six�]week (or more) class or a workshop they are expected to attend all classes. If for some reason a student can�ft make a class PLEASE contact the instructor prior to the class to acknowledge of absence.

** Make up: students can make up a missed class when the class is offered again. If for some reason a student can�ft make a make up class or class is not offered for a while, then both the student and instructor can make other arrangements.

** Certificate Programs: To complete a certificate program ALL 48 weeks of each program must be complete. If student missed any classes during a session, they can make it up when the class is offered again or make other arrangements with instructor.

** If a student RSVP for a class and/or filled out a registration form but can�ft make the class, they must contact the instructor they will not be attending the class.

** Students are to arrive on time to all classes. If for some reason they will be later than 20 min, PLEASE call in to let the instructor know that you are running late.
